We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, providing warm hospitality throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful bedroom that had great Wi-Fi. The location was also convenient, being close to nearby tourist sites and amenities. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh homemade goods and eggs cooked to order. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast were the best aspects of our stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient, close to several tourist sites such as Pompeii, Mt Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast. the room was beautiful and had great Wi-Fi. the staff provided warm and friendly hospitality, serving fresh homemade breakfast every morning and even offering fresh eggs from their chickens.

The welcome from the owner/manager wasn't great, giving a negative impression of the hotel's customer service.

Hotel room was nice, clean and quiet. Also the pool area was nice. Breakfast was good and hotel personels very helpfull.

Friendly atmosphere, great surroundings, helpful staff, beautiful pool and garden!! Choice of extraoprdinary Bolgheri wines at fair prices in different shops of enotecas in Donoratico! We arrived to see Bryan Ferry performing at Bolgheri Melody music festival and were 100% satisfied with the hotel staff assistance regarding various matters incl. taxi arrangement (obviously not an easy-to-get service to get in Donoratico and C.Carducci), wineries, restaurants etc. Recommended.

it is not a complaint but please mind that the hotel is located on the edge of the town and there's no food supply in the afternoon. the hotel canteen operates during the breakfast only while the restaurant on the other side of the road is closed by 7PM (normal for Italy). when you arrive in the afternoon hours you better visit Conad supermarket to buy something special to eat (regional cheeses, olives, salumi, wines) before the restaurants will be open for dinner.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and other local amenities. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. the outdoor swimming pool was a great plus and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

The bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but it was functional. the building itself was quite old and could use some renovation work.

Internet; Very poor and sporadic. Not worth paying for. Some rooms have a problem with the plumbing. We had to move due to foul smell and back flushing in the shower!

The hospitality at the hotel was top-notch, with a very friendly and warm welcome. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The bedroom was beautiful and had great Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. The property itself was amazing, with breathtaking surroundings that added to the overall experience.

Aspects: While the overall experience was great, there were a few drawbacks. The facilities at the hotel seemed a bit old fashioned and tired, which could use some updating.
